I hear it a lot.
And sometimes I feel it too. And sometimes I am hit with the realisation that I am busy putting off the stuff I need to be doing!
Anyway, this week I really have been busy. On a training course (for work)that felt like CBT. Not that I have experienced that, but it was what I imagine CBT would be like. Change your beliefs. Your thought influences your actions positively or negatively...REALLY? You think?
